Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group seeks a Digital Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Milford, NH. You will independently operate Domino digital presses to produce high-quality labels and packaging that meet customer specs and schedules.

The role requires color management expertise, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include setup, changeovers, quality monitoring, and collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience operating digital printing equipment in manufacturing.
• Ability to read production orders and customer specs.
• Strong color management and print quality understanding.
• Basic computer skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate Domino digital printing equipment to produce labels and packaging.
• Perform press setup, make-ready, calibration, changeovers and shutdowns.
• Review job tickets and customer specs prior to production.
• Maintain color accuracy and monitor print quality throughout runs.
• Troubleshoot print quality and mechanical issues with minimal supervision.
• Keep production records and perform routine maintenance.
