Job summary

Two to four years of technical training and three to five years of die-cutting experience are preferred. The role includes leading helpers, reading work orders, and maintaining documentation, with the possibility of overtime.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of technical training or related machine operation experience.
• Three to five years of experience operating die-cutting equipment.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints and production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot die cutter machines for accurate and efficient production.
• Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime and material waste.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Direct the activities of assigned helpers and assist with training new operators.
