Responsibilities

• Set up die cutter and tooling and operate the machine.
• Inspect finished product and monitor die-cutting, creasing, and waste.
• Maintain accurate load and total counts; run baler and change bales.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and complete required inspections.
• Assist other operators on 2-person make-readies.
• Maintain department supplies and keep the area clean.
• Understand job tickets and customer requirements.
• Operate baler; perform setup of diecut, score, stripping, & blanking tooling.
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
