Job summary

Graphic Village in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Die Cutter Operator to set up, run, and maintain die-cutting equipment, ensuring products meet customer specifications and production standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude required.
• Proven math skills and ability to read blueprints or tickets.
• Experience reading and interpreting job tickets and schedules.
• Ability to train apprentice and entry-level teammates.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate die-cut equipment (rotary, Bobst) per specs.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Match sample to die-cut piece for accuracy.
• Maintain quality and productivity, report unsafe conditions.
• Train apprentice and entry-level teammates as needed.
