Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Machine Operator II for the 2nd shift in San Diego, CA. You will operate and maintain manufacturing machines, perform rewinder setup, and follow detailed work orders and labeling requirements to ensure quality.

You’ll work under supervision with opportunities to train peers, contribute to safety and process improvements, and align with Zebra’s values. The role features a Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule with a wage of $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Operates and maintains machines per instructions.
• Performs setup and conversions on rewind machines.

Responsibilities

• Machine operation under limited supervision.
• Complete setup and operation of rewind machines.
• Follow work orders and labeling requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Ensure ISO quality procedures and safety standards are met.
• Contribute to process improvements where possible.
• Collaborate with team and train colleagues as directed.
