Job summary

The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement is seeking a Machine Operator II to operate and maintain machines while adhering to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include following work order instructions, performing quality tests, and training team members.

Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma and 1+ years of relevant experience. The role offers a competitive hourly wage, a $1 shift differential, and a $1500 retention bonus after six months of employment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years work experience.
• Experience operating finishing and or label converting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains machines and equipment while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Performs quality tests per ISO procedures.
• Trains other team members as directed.

Skills

Excellent mechanical abilities

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Able to work effectively with others

Basic math and computer skills

Ability to work with light to medium machinery

1+ year of related experience operating finishing and or label converting equipment

Education

High School or Equivalent
