Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices and power tools for demolding tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident to comply with ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Remove composite components from molds and bags without damage.
• Use hand and power tools for demolding and resin removal.
• Apply release systems and follow manufacturing best practices.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and safety.
• Follow supervisor priorities and assist as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and document processes as required.
• Memorize part names, customers, and demolding procedures.
• Safely open and unload parts from the autoclave.
• Support other departments to sustain workflow.
• Adhere to health, safety and workplace policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
