Job summary

ConMet in Canton, NC is seeking a Molding and Finishing Production Technician to join a fast-paced, high-volume operation. You will inspect, assemble, label, and pack parts while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and basic computer use for data entry.

Training is provided, with full-time hours, overtime as needed, and weekly pay. Benefits available from day one and a supportive team environment in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• At least 12 months of related manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Comfort using a computer and operating a labeling scan gun/RF scanner.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts, assemble components, apply labels with an RF scanner, and pack to specification.
• Review work instructions and set up a clean, organized workstation.
• Capture production counts and scrap details accurately in the system.
