Perfetti Van Melle in Erlanger, KY is seeking a Distribution Center Picking Lead for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM). You will oversee picking operations, coordinate with floor personnel, and support shipping/receiving while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires forklift experience, 1+ years in supply chain, and a strong safety mindset. You may cover other areas as needed and oversee 14-25 employees.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• 1+ years supply chain experience (scheduling, transportation distribution, supervision).
• Knowledge of Warehouse operations best practices.
• Good work history and team player.
• Knowledge of GMP and Good Warehouse Practices.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely.

Responsibilities

• Monitors flow and communicates with floor personnel to identify problems.
• Primary focus on picking operations, with support for shipping/receiving.
• Coverage for vacations and for office personnel when needed.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and answers floor questions.
• Monitors forklift operators and equipment for safety.
• Keeps daily flow moving with minimal supervision.
• May cover other areas, including off-shifts.
