Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Picking Manager to lead our 2nd shift warehouse team in Secaucus, NJ. You will supervise the picking and shipping of outbound orders, hire and train hourly staff, and ensure inventory integrity and safety across the facility.

The role requires a strong background in warehouse operations, prior supervisory experience, and familiarity with material handling equipment and robotics. Expect a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.
• Prior management, supervisory or people leadership experience; Warehouse Management or Warehouse Supervisor role preferred.
• Material Handling Equipment Certification is preferred.
• Experience with robotics, conveyance, and slotting equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced distribution center environment with safety, efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a productive Picking team by hiring, training, and providing professional development.
• Supervise and coordinate the picking and shipping of outbound orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain efficient use of warehouse space and keep area clean and orderly.
• Collaborate with shipping to ensure inventory integrity and proper paperwork.
• Uphold safety standards and report incidents to branch management.
