Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm

Location: Tyrone, PA (On-site). This is not a remote work opportunity.

Job Type: Full-time 2nd Shift

Work Location: In person

The role of Customer Service Rep is an in-office position focused on making outbound phone calls, answering inbound calls, and monitoring text responses to customers to follow up on services provided, review benefits included, and invite them to take a consultation call with a member of the HomeBinder Assistant sales team.

  • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to provide an experience that best serves their needs.
  • Communicate features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity (calls and tasks) goals consistently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company software tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.

This role requires frequent use of fingers and hands to handle, feel, or operate objects such as computer keyboards, office equipment, and audio/video/telecommunications equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to identify deviations and differences from an established tolerance or standard and adjust focus between objects, materials, colors, and textures.
