Job summary

InspectionGo is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support homebuyers after inspections. The role focuses on warm outbound follow-ups, confirming details, answering questions, capturing feedback, and guiding customers toward the next step, including consultations with Haven Assistant.

The position is on-site in Tyrone, PA, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts, full-time (30+ hrs/week). We offer benefits, health/dental/vision, PTO, and a friendly, coached onboarding program to ramp quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a calm phone presence.
• Excellent organization and follow-up habits.
• Comfortable with CRM/task queues and documenting outcomes accurately.
• Availability for 2:00 PM–10:00 PM coverage, especially weeknights/evenings.
• Spanish-speaking (bilingual) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound follow-up calls/texts (primary) and handle occasional inbound replies/inquiries.
• Provide customer support by confirming details, answering questions, and ensuring the next step is clear.
• Schedule consultations with the Haven Assistant team when appropriate.
• Gather feedback on the customer’s inspection experience and share key takeaways with the team.
• Use our CRM/task system to document notes, update records, and complete follow-up tasks.
• Meet daily execution standards (calls, follow-ups, CRM tasks, documentation accuracy).
• Ensure each customer handoff is complete and easy for the next team member to continue.
