Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform custodial duties in our facilities. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, clean restrooms, and maintain common areas in a fast-paced environment.

No prior cleaning experience is required, and you will work under supervision with a team-oriented mindset. Facilities responsibilities include reporting equipment issues, routine maintenance tasks, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment. Use a portable vacuum cleaner – backpack style.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean daily and shampoo rugs when directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and ledges; high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass at doors and windows.
• Restroom maintenance and restocking paper supplies daily.
• Report defects (urinals, lights, etc.) to supervision.
• Dispose of building trash daily and replace liners.
• Clear snow from entrances and walkways as directed.
