Job summary

Cleaner position with Cushman & Wakefield (C&W Services) in Storrs, CT, on the 2nd shift from 7:00pm to 2:30am, Monday through Friday. You will work under the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and perform a variety of standard custodial duties in accordance with our established procedures.

This role requires attention to detail, energy, and the ability to work as part of a team using cleaning tools and equipment. No prior experience is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
• Must be detail oriented and energetic

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines
• Vacuum rugs and perform daily spot cleaning
• Wash windowsills and interior glass
• Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies
• Report building defects to supervisors
• Collect trash and replace liners
• Perform snow removal at entrances as needed
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
