Job summary

Total Maintenance Management is seeking a reliable janitorial worker in Houston, TX. This daytime position focuses on restroom and common-area cleaning, trash removal, touch-ups, and quick response to cleaning needs in occupied spaces.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and spot cleans floors; empties trash and cleans ashtrays.
• Stocks restrooms and common areas; handles waste disposal.
