Job summary

Strong Hold is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team in a hands-on role focused on industrial maintenance, electrical, and CNC capabilities. You will work across mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including welding and installation tasks, in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position requires a 3+ year track record, on-site availability, and a collaborative, safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong background in electrical, electronic, and CNC maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with assembly machine components (Sensors, PLC, etc.).
• Proficient in high and low voltage electrical concepts.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance is a plus.
• Able to diagnose and repair equipment/machines.
• Self-motivated, team player with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools, powered hand tools, and welding equipment.
• Work in various ambient environments, sometimes at elevated positions.
• Promote a safe working environment and adhere to 5S principles.
• Participate in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technical support personnel.
