Job summary

Pioneer Circuits, Inc. in California is seeking a Cross-Section Prep Operator for our precision PCB manufacturing team. You will prepare microsection coupons, inspect serialization, and follow SOPs to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities include reading traveler instructions, cutting test strips, assembling coupons, and operating ovens, with 2nd shift hours and OT as required. We offer strong benefits and a stable, ITAR-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Printed Circuit Board manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets traveler instructions to verify coupon quantity and specs.
• Visually inspects coupons and ensures proper serialization.
• Cuts incoming test strips per traveler specs.
• Inserts positioning pins and places microsections into mold.
• Operates oven according to SOP or traveler.
• Prepares acrylic and epoxy materials as required.
• Grinds, polishes and washes the microsection per SOP.
• Performs other duties as needed.
