Qualifications

• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Identify materials and match them to the correct crate or pallet.
• Measure, pack, brace, and secure generator parts and other materials.
• Use foam, strapping, foil, and other packing materials to protect products.
• Build crates and pallets according to BoxCAD plans.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.
• Complete required paperwork, production records, and equipment checklists.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist with training new packers when assigned.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
