Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Corrugator Supervisor to oversee equipment and crew on the assigned shift. The role focuses on safe, efficient production, quality control, and continuous improvement of corrugator operations.

You will schedule work, train staff, monitor performance, and maintain accurate records while upholding company policies and safety standards. This position is based in Omaha, Nebraska.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years’ of corrugator experience with knowledge of machinery and safety practices.
• Able to work flexible hours as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Some college or manufacturing training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage shift schedules to meet production goals and maintain uptime.
• Provide direct oversight of employees and approve time records.
• Train on equipment, protocols, safety standards and waste control.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow health procedures.
• Analyze corrugator performance and propose process improvements.
• Communicate with scheduling to ensure production requirements are met.
• Maintain downtime and material utilization records.
