Qualifications

• Strong math skills for rate, ratio and percent calculations.
• Excellent supervisory and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organizes leads and employees to enable efficient operation of departments.
• Monitors production equipment and data to maintain quality and food safety.
• Supervises up to 30 employees in Cooler and Tote Wash.
• Trains employees in duties and procedures.
• Cross-trains with other supervisors and covers the area when needed.
• Communicates production details with supervisors and staff.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
