Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Martinsville, VA corrugated facility, on the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm). You will lead the Converting team, applying leadership, operations experience, and strong communication to drive improvements in people, processes, and systems within a union setting.

This role supports the 2nd shift, with occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays. Come join a team that values PBM and continuous improvement at Koch family companies.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading employees in manufacturing/production/industrial or military environment.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa transfer/sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team with safety, health, environmental and quality compliance; promote PBM philosophy.
• Promote safety, involve employees, identify hazards and implement mitigations; investigate incidents.
