Job summary
A leading automotive seating manufacturer is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize control systems for production. You will troubleshoot automated equipment issues and implement improvements in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 2-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience. This full-time role requires working Monday to Friday from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM and offers benefits including medical and vision insurance, and a 401(k).
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM.
Prior exposure to automotive manufacturing and JIT systems is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve automation and equipment issues.
Maintain and update PLC programs and documentation.
