Design Ready Controls, located in Oklahoma City, seeks an Assembler I to build custom control panels, perform basic wiring, sheet metal assembly, and component setup. Candidates should read schematics and be willing to learn electrical symbols and use hand tools safely.

This hands-on role offers a supportive team and strong benefits. 2nd shift is a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM) with a $1,000 retention bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to read schematics and drawings.
• Ability to read contrasting colors to identify wire size.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and with correct torque.

Responsibilities

• Verify parts against the Bill of Materials.
• Assemble electrical panels per drawings and mount components.
• Terminate wire ends and connect to devices as needed.
• Prepare panels for testing and shipping with IDs and labeling.
• Troubleshoot basic panel wiring and identify potential issues.
