Design Ready Controls Inc. is seeking an Assembler I to join our production team in a hands-on role building custom control panels. You will perform basic wiring, sheet metal assembly, component assembly and setup, and panel wiring with attention to schematic details.

Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and drawings and understand electrical symbols.
• Proficient with basic math and measurement tools for panel assembly.
• Capable of using hand and power tools safely and accurately.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and maintain quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Verify parts for assembly match the Bill of Materials.
• Assemble electrical panels according to drawings and mount components.
• Terminate wire ends and add terminals to connect to devices.
• Prepare panels for testing and shipping, including labeling and IDs.
• Troubleshoot basic panel wiring and identify electrical issues.
• Support process improvements and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
