Job summary

Crystal Group in Hiawatha, IA is seeking a detail-oriented 2nd shift Assembler – Conformal Coat to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will assemble and coat circuit boards with conformal coatings, following process sheets and engineering drawings, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person (US citizen, permanent resident, or protected status).
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies.
• Coat surfaces of circuit boards with conformal coating products using machines, dipping, or brushing.
• Read and follow detailed process sheets and engineering drawings; maintain accurate production records.
• Adhere to ESD, safety practices, ISO procedures, and FOD protection requirements.
