Job summary

Crystal Group, Inc. is seeking an assembler for the Conformal Coat department to assemble and coat circuit boards with precision, following engineering drawings and instructions.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work on a 3:00 pm to 1:00 am shift, Monday through Thursday, on-site. You will handle surface preparation, coating, curing, and maintain records while adhering to safety and ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• US Person required; HS diploma or GED.
• IPC certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to read and follow detailed drawings and process sheets.

Responsibilities

• Performs in a diverse team environment.
• Reads and works from detailed process sheets and drawings.
• Uses production equipment and hand tools to assemble electronics.
• Maintains accurate production records.
• Adheres to ISO procedures, ESD policy, safety guidelines.
• Handles conformal coating materials and related chemicals.
