Job summary

Crystal Group, located in Hiawatha, IA, is seeking a CNC Operator for full-time, on-site work on the 2nd shift (2pm-12am, Mon-Thu). You will set up and operate CNC mills and finishing equipment, inspect parts, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe environment.

We value hands-on machining skills, GD&T knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints. Overtime may be required; benefits include ESOP, health coverage, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement tools.
• Familiarity with CNC safety and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, surface finishing equipment, and vibratory tumblers per job specs.
• Load materials, adjust machine settings, and calibrate for proper alignment.
• Perform in-process inspections with micrometers and calipers.
• Document operations and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Maintain safety and report deviations or malfunctions.
