Crystal Group in the United States (Iowa, Hiawatha) is seeking an Assembler in Conformal Coat to join the Conformal Coat department. This full-time, on-site role involves assembling and coating circuit boards with conformal coatings, preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying coatings by dip, brush, or automatic machines according to process sheets and drawings.

Assemble and disassemble circuit boards or sub-assemblies and efficiently coat surfaces of circuit boards with various conformal coating products. These processes include cleaning and preparation of surfaces before coating, mixing coating material, and coating parts with a machine, by dipping, or by brush. All jobs must be processed in accordance with verbal or written instructions, and by following engineering drawings and other documentation.Essential FunctionsPerforms in a diverse team environment.
