Americhem is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for the 2nd shift at our Cuyahoga Falls, OH facility. The role focuses on mechanical, electrical and preventive maintenance, with the goal of keeping production running smoothly. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing with troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals, schematics and work orders; operate with hand/power tools and precision instruments.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment per manuals and specs.
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance; observe equipment operation for issues.
• Install and test new equipment; record data and labor hours.
• Communicate with other departments and manage timely work orders.
