Job summary

KDC-ONE seeks a skilled compounder to blend raw materials for bulk product batches. You will follow strict manufacturing processes from start to finish, recording batch data and collecting samples to ensure product quality.

You will collaborate with the Compounding Team Lead, Industrial Chemist, QA, and R&D to ensure traceability of ingredients and smooth changeovers, while maintaining safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA safety requirements.
• Ability to plan and organize work pace based on equipment speeds; self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Weighs, stages, and blends raw materials according to formulas.
• Ensures batch card procedures are followed precisely.
• Completes batch documentation per SOPs.
• Enters batching data into SAP using a scan gun.
• Operates processing equipment per SOPs and GMPs.
• Cleans and sanitizes batching tanks and equipment.
• Performs changeovers efficiently and correctly.
• Collects in-process and final samples for testing.
• Supports continuous improvement projects on cross-functional teams.
