Job summary

KDC ONE is seeking a Compounder to blend raw materials for bulk product batches and record all batch data precisely. The role requires following formulated processes from start to finish and obtaining samples for QA and R&D as needed.

You will work with the Compounding Team Lead and QA to ensure traceability of ingredients and adherence to GMP. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient changeovers in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College chemistry courses such as analytical chemistry are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a batching position within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience with automated inline filling, capping, and labeling equipment is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Weighs, stages and blends raw materials according to the batching formula.
• Completes batch documentation and ensures SOP adherence.
• Uses SAP to enter batching data and monitor batch progress.
• Operates processing equipment following SOPs and safety rules.
• Performs changeovers smoothly and supports cross-functional teams.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and supports continuous improvement.
