Job summary

RRD, a leading global provider of marketing and packaging solutions, seeks a production operator for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) in Bucks County. You will set up collating and labeling machines, review job specs, and ensure in-process materials meet quality standards while maintaining safety and production records.

Ideal candidates have experience with finishing operations, accuracy in measurement, and the ability to adjust equipment for paper stock weights and finishes.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders for collating requirements.
• Knowledge of paper stock quality and finishing processes.
• Capability to adjust machines for weight, color, and machinability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate collating and labeling machines for customer specs.
• Review specifications and configure equipment for web rolls and patching.
• Perform safety inspections and document production issues.
• Monitor production and maintain accuracy and quality.
