Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders containing collating requirements.
• Knowledge of paper stock quality and processing needs.
• Skill in setting up finishing equipment and adjusting for weight and color.
• Ability to calculate distances, clearances, and fits between machines.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates collating and/or labeling/patching machines to add value to in-process work.
• Reviews specifications and sets up equipment for forms collating from web rolls and patches.
• Operates binding-related tasks like folding, gluing, perforating, and cutting.
• Performs safety inspections, documents issues and tracks production.
