Job summary

SFS Group USA Inc is seeking a Cold Forming Operator for our Exeter Township plant. This full-time role supports the cold forming team with machine setup, changeovers, and ensuring production plans are met.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 2–5 years in manufacturing, can lift up to 50 lbs, and may pursue forklift certification. OSHA knowledge is a plus and exposure to safety-focused operations is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to become forklift certified is desirable.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete set ups and changeovers on machines.
• Provide product flow in the cold forming department according to the production plan.
• Perform preventative maintenance as required.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues as needed.
• Train employees on new cold forming and bimet machine set up and usage.
• Data entry of work orders and updates to status.
• Champion quality in all work.
• Perform material handling tasks.
