Ideal Tridon – Wesanco is hiring for a Coil Loader and Loop Operator in Garden Grove, CA. You will work in a manufacturing environment, setting up and operating production equipment, loading steel coils, and handling raw materials and finished products.

Safety, quality, and adherence to procedures are essential to maintain performance. The role requires willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and schedule changes, to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate metal parts by operating manufacturing equipment.
• Load steel coils into production machinery and monitor production flow.
• Use machine-operated welders to join new material and WIP product.
• Assemble parts into subassemblies or finished units.
• Operate forklifts, Combi-Lifts, and overhead cranes to transport materials.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain efficiency.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and housekeeping duties.
