Job summary

Victaulic is hiring for a 2nd & 3rd Shift Operator/Assembler/Fork Truck Driver at Commerce Park in Lower Nazareth, PA. You will assemble/disassemble products, load/unload, and operate automated and manual equipment, with occasional powder paint tasks. Overtime and shift differentials apply.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate well with team members. The role offers full-time hours with a benefits package and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift weights 5 to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Willingness to work daily and weekend overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and tend to assembly machines and resolve simple faults.
• Assemble and disassemble parts with hand/power tools.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistent product quality.
• Operate and inspect related equipment (dip tanks, paint lines, etc.).
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts) and assist with material handling.
• Pack, inspect, and prepare products for shipment or transfer.
