Job summary

Victaulic is hiring a Coating Process Technician at Commerce Park, Lower Nazareth, PA, on the 2nd shift. You will maintain and troubleshoot electrocoating and powder coating equipment under the direction of Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance staff.

The role includes training Maintenance staff, coordinating with engineering, analyzing data, and supporting PM programs. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining automated equipment and troubleshooting industrial controls.
• Understanding of PM/TPM strategies and industrial automation management.
• Ability to read technical instructions and drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment daily, electrical and mechanical.
• Diagnose machinery issues and perform root cause analysis for improvements.
• Collect and analyze data to maintain machine performance.
• Perform daily chemical analysis on electrocoat samples.
• Support projects to improve safety, efficiency, and capacity.
• Maintain PM program and interface with CMMS.
• Manage spare parts inventory and document repair history.
• Close work orders and communicate with staff and management.
