Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret simple instructions and blueprints.
• Ability to perform basic math and measure with tapes and rules.
• Requires physical stamina for standing, lifting up to 50 pounds and repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Grind, polish and prep parts for painting and powder coating.
• Operate wet spray equipment and apply finishes with attention to detail.
• Inspect finished parts for surface quality and paint adhesion.
• Read orders and mix paints as required to match specifications.
• Maintain and clean spray equipment and work area.
• Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.
