Job summary

AMTRACO, a global holding company headquartered in Franksville, WI, is seeking an experienced production worker for our Chemical Mixing and Machine Operating Department in Southeast Wisconsin on the 2nd shift. You will work with the team to sustain production operations and support adhesive tape production.

Responsibilities include operating coating machines, following batch recipes, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments, and upholding safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn the operation of the coating equipment.
• Understanding of LEAN manufacturing concepts.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor coating machines for tape production.
• Follow recipes for mixing batch adhesives to create tape.
• Maintain production and material records.
• Coordinate with other departments to manage supplies and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
