Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor extruder, coating, laminating, conveyor, slitting and related equipment.
• Load/unload rolls with hoist/crane and position rolls in chucks.
• Fill reservoirs with coating materials and maintain material levels.
• Adjust machine controls and feeding devices per production specs.
• Monitor coating profiles and product quality; flag defects and adjust as needed.
• Complete required production paperwork (start/stop times, downtime, raw materials).
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
