Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, machine setup, CNC or thermoforming preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices safely.
• Ability to read work instructions, prints, and setup documents.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Ability to prioritize issues and work independently on second shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC machine changeovers per schedule and setup docs.
• Install tooling, fixtures, and programs for changeovers.
• Verify CNC setup before production release.
• Assist with oven former changeovers and mold/tooling changes.
• Adjust thermoforming equipment for new production jobs.
• Document repairs, changeovers, and maintenance actions.
• Maintain organized tools and work areas.
• Respond to equipment problems and prioritize safety and production needs.
• Communicate issues to Maintenance Manager.
