Job summary

PaperTech in Findlay, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00 pm – 12:00 am). You will set up production machines, perform routine quality checks, and assist with preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Vocational or community college with related coursework or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a multi-tasking atmosphere and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change over production machines.
• Perform routine quality checks and adjust equipment for quality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and minor repairs.
• Clean, organize and maintain shop areas, parts and tools.
• Record and report damaged or worn parts and replacement needs.
• Identify causes of unexpected breakdowns and assist in repairs.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
