Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies, based in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Operator to join our precision machining team. You will operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, and ensure high-quality parts for mission-critical applications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of CNC experience, familiarity with Mazak DMG Mori or Hurco, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining safe, efficient production and accurate logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years CNC production experience.
• Experience with Mazak DMG Mori or Hurco preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shift.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines including loading, unloading, and deburring parts.
• Perform machining operations using hand tools and precision gauges.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and tolerances.
• Perform daily cleaning, light maintenance, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate machine logs and documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance, tool wear, lubrication levels, and chip removal.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes.
