Anderson Express in Muskegon, MI is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will set up, run, and optimize CNC equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure parts meet exacting GD&T specifications for automotive and other critical programs.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of CNC experience, a high school diploma or GED, good math skills, and the ability to read drawings and use metrology tools.

Formación

• 2–3 years of CNC Operator experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work in a shop setting.
• Good math and analytical skills.
• Ability to count accurately.
• Able to understand technical drawings, metrology, and GD&T.

Responsabilidades

• Perform changeovers to new jobs as needed.
• Touch off tools and change tool offsets to ensure quality parts.
• Inspect and replace damaged tooling.
• Load programs for parts to be run.
• Properly load and unload parts into CNC machines.
• Check parts using metrology equipment and GD&T.
• Train operators as needed.
• Maintain positive working relationships with CNC Operators and Assembly personnel.
