Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Operator to produce high-precision parts using advanced CNC equipment. You will read blueprints, perform deburring, and maintain logs, contributing to a safety-focused, craftsmanship-driven team.

The role requires 2+ years CNC experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years CNC machine experience in a production environment.
• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools.
• Experience with Mazak DMG Mori or Hurco machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines including loading, unloading, and de-burring parts.
• Perform machining operations using hand tools and precision gauges.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and tolerances.
• Perform daily cleaning, light maintenance, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate machine logs and documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and tool wear.
