Job summary

EmployBridge in Winona, MN is seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment. You’ll help manage inventory, prepare shipments, and ensure materials flow smoothly throughout the facility.

This role on 2nd shift (3pm-1am, Mon-Thurs) offers $21-$25/hr based on experience, with weekly pay and benefits. You will contribute to a team that values reliability and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up CNC machines and troubleshooting CNC equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions.
• Ability to perform precision measurement with calipers, micrometers, gauges and indicators.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machining equipment.
• Operate Mazak and Okuma CNC lathes.
• Perform tooling changes, fixture setup, chuck setup, and material loading.
• Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators for quality inspections.
• Identify tool wear, machine malfunctions, and dimensional deviations.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
