Job summary

LeoForce in the United States is seeking a 2nd Shift CNC Mill Machinist to set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills, producing aerospace-grade components to tight tolerances. You will read blueprints and GD&T callouts, adjust tooling and machining parameters, and ensure top quality.

You will perform in-process inspections, manage offsets, and collaborate with engineering to optimize processes while maintaining a safe, clean work area. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years CNC machining experience in precision manufacturing or aerospace environments.
  • Experience with multi-axis mills (3–5 axes).
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T confidently.
  • Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, Mitsubishi, or similar CNC controls.
  • Strong inspection background using precision measurement equipment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills
  • Machine complex aerospace-grade components to tight tolerances
  • Interpret advanced blueprints, prints, and GD&T callouts
  • Adjust tooling, offsets, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters
  • Perform in-process inspections and final quality checks
  • Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize setups for efficiency
  • Reduce scrap and rework through precision-focused execution

Qualifications Section – Needed

  • Technical machining certificate a plus
  • Minimum 3+ years of CNC machining experience in precision manufacturing or aerospace environments

  • Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T confidently
  • Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, Mitsubishi, or similar CNC controls
  • Strong inspection background using precision measurement equipment
  • Proven ability to machine tight-tolerance components with minimal scrap
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for tooling, offsets, setups, and machine issuesDetail-oriented with strong quality standards
