Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience with Fanuc CNC controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Use hand-tools, ratchets, air tools to secure parts and fixtures.
• Train personnel on operations of CNC machinery and tooling.
• Set up and operate machines; monitor for malfunctions and adjust as needed.
• Inspect finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specs.
• Collaborate with engineering for tooling issues and improvements.
• Perform quality checks and process capability monitoring.
• Follow safety regulations; maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Overtime may be required and additional tasks may be assigned.
