Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret SPC charts.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe work area and report unsafe conditions.
Perform hourly quality checks and use gaging to ensure parts meet specifications.
Complete tool changeovers and set up equipment per procedures.
Operate CNC equipment, adjust tools and offsets, and inspect completed parts for conformance.
