Qualifications

• Able to perform hourly quality checks and use gaging.
• Willingness to perform changeovers and assist with maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Complete hourly checks and ensure parts meet specs.
• Perform changeovers and set up fixtures per instructions.
• Operate machine, index tools, and monitor tool wear.
• Inspect parts and report abnormalities to supervision.
• Assist with standard work and kaizen suggestions.
• Complete planned maintenance tasks as assigned.
